In plain words

  • 01Supporting HEAL is not a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible. HEAL isn’t a 501(c)(3). Your payment goes to HEAL to help keep it running.
  • 02Support is completely optional. Membership stays free, and support never changes your access to meetings, the workbook, the help board or the provider list, or buys any say over vetting or moderation.
  • 03Monthly plans are Friend ($3), Champion ($8, 10% off in the shop) and Pillar ($20, 15% off). One-time support is any amount from $3 to $1,000. You need to be signed in.
  • 04Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel online in a couple of clicks, and keep your perks until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
  • 05One-time support can be refunded if you ask within 14 days. Monthly payments aren’t refunded part-way through a month, but billing mistakes always are.
  • 06Your supporter badge and your place on the supporters wall are off unless you switch them on. Being a supporter is private by default.
  • 07Deleting your HEAL account cancels your plan straight away. Questions: supporters@teleheal.com.
